Need a Deck or Patio

This classic farmer porch design, was provided by the builder, for me to fabricate and install with exacting details.

I drew a full size elevation, with dimensions and posted on the front wall to keep the customer and all subs focused on the end product.

Rebuild this 100 year old wrap around deck. Replicated original moldings, balusters, handrails and reinstalled.

Original condition when I started. Purchased by a local developer, who hired me to create and install all new details from framing to final punch list. Note: No formal plans to reference. Truly a creative problem solving challenge.
